I've started using chatgpt more for personal reasons like, almost like journaling but not really. For instance, I have a thread specific for a doctor's appointment where I could info dump and then ask for help in organizing my thoughts and providing bullet point list for me to use during the appointment.
I have something similar I'm using for therapy. I've info dumped a lot to chatgpt over the last week or two, then provided the intake questions and let it form the answers that I then critiqued. When I have my first meeting, I plan to utilize chatgpt to provide a similar bullet point list and additional information.
I'm not sure if I'll use these beyond this cases but i may try to keep, update as things happen and see how things go. Such as updating my doctor thread with the outcome of my appointment. Same for therapy. That way I can reference it in the future.
I've found a few limitations that I've had to work with but overall it's been useful.
I'm curious if others use it like this and if there are different ways to utilize it or limitations I'll run into using it this way.
I'm not sure if it matters but I am paying for plus.
edit: I've not explored GPTs yet
