Cannot Use Groqchat On Home PC

Specifically on my home desktop - anytime I click into Groqchat while logged in(the only way I can use it) it gives me a "do not enter" sign for my cursor... at my work computer, on chrome as well, logged into the same account I can still access the Groq chat functionality... it's only on my desktop at home.

Have Tried Incognito, Microsoft Edge, and making a different account, clearing permissions and cookies as well... Have tried looking on the internet and even using other AI to try and help... it seems like no one else is experiencing this... Plz Halp...
