It makes them so much nicer, though it does feel like it removes the human aspect.
I sent a letter to a vendor and used chatgpt to make it better. It was very blunt and honest but also looked nice lol I even copied a coworker on it.
I do this frequently but not always. I typically ask it to improve a draft and I'll critique and sometimes go back and forth a few times.
I've sent them to my boss, to teammates, to coworkers outside my department, vendors, etc. I often wonder if people can tell and what they think, I've not noticed anyone else do it.
