Do you agree? I used to work for a call center and the way we were trained everyone had a different level of understanding on our policies and sometimes people just did not know what the client was complaining about. Lots of customers get the run around all the time which made me feel so bad but they put all their anger out on the other person on the line. It’s an extremely difficult and emotionally draining job.
