I work for a fire brigade and am trying to see if chatgpt can help. Basically, each station can have extra firefighters that can be sent to other fire stations within a 50km radius for manpower coverage if needed. I was trying to see if I entered all the data (fire stations, other stations within 50km, min staffing levels at each station, max people each station could accommodate) chatgpt would be able to work out the best locations to have the extra firefighters spread out for max coverage and min travel distance between stations. I didn't get much useful info back. Chatgpt didn't seem to be able to do a correct analysis of the data.

Is anyone able to help or can recommend a different AI program?
