Welcome! Here are some quick reminders about internet safety.
Post Body

Welcome to r/Chastity_Personals!

Naughty fun online is, well, fun, and if you're here reading this, you are obviously eager to participate in it. However, it's important to be vigilant against bad-faith actors in any online interaction, especially when it comes to NSFW spaces. Here are some tips the moderators want to offer for you to consider before interacting with a stranger online.

1- Does the profile have a post history? Having a post history helps establish an account is real. Varied posts that aren't just copy/pasted indicates someone is writing them, instead of a bot managing things. Blank posts may be real as well - many users create short-lived accounts on Reddit to engage with NSFW communities - but a varied, healthy post history is a green flag.

2- Are their past posts all memes? Not to say a real person can't post a bunch of memes to earn some karma, but this tends to be a way that bots can get easy karma, too.

3- Does the user present themselves consistently in their past posts? If a user makes posts that are inconsistent about their age, sex, or gender, that may warrant pause. Obviously people have birthdays and sexualities may evolve with time, but wild inconsistencies in claims of a user's identity call things into question.

4- Are they trying to pull you off-platform to Kik, Telegram, OnlyFans, etc.? Some people may prefer to move to another social media platform eventually, and that is perfectly fine. However, if they are trying to rush that process, they may be trying to "hand you off" to someone else managing another account, which is obviously disingenuous. Be mindful about requests to move to other platforms, especially ones which expose additional personal information about you like your real name, personal email, phone number, etc. All that can be used to try and blackmail you if you're unfortunate enough to meet a blackmailer.

5- Are they demanding an identifying photo of you? This one isn't a red flag on its own necessarily; establishing attraction is important for some people. But if this is happening in conjunction with other red flags, be cautious. You don't want bad actors getting access to personal information about you.

That said, we the mods hope you are able to find the connection here that you're looking for! Have fun, be civil, and good luck :)
