Setting 2021 still among various covid shutdowns

"Who is she again?"

"You remember brittany the girl I roomed with in college for a few semesters"

My girlfriend pushed the idea of her old college roommate to live with us for a few months while she gets back on her feet.

"Covid hit her really hard, she'll be on her best behavior, I promise!"

Brittany was a traveling performer and the covid shutdowns really hurt her income.  Bars and restaurants were closed all across america and it didn't look like it would go back to normal anytime soon.  

"Okay honey... Didn't you two hook up once or twice?"

"Only when we were really drunk... she was very dominant... But I'm so happy we are together she will never ruin what we have! If you play your cards right maybe we can have a threesome or something!"

A taxi drove up and honked and before we knew it our front door was kicked open with Brittany holding several months worth of luggage.

"Mike put my bags in the guest room while Meg and I catch-up over a glass of wine"

I finished getting her luggage in the spare room and I joined the two girls in the living room catching up with some wine.  The tv was set to the news and president Harris was getting ready to give a state of the nation address.

Covid 19 has been ravaging our world for almost a year now and rumor was that the president was going to reenact a lock down to flatten the curve of the spread of the virus.  

"I can't believe the world we live in, thank you very much for letting me crash here while this blows over... You'll hardly notice I'm here... Promise!"

The president appeared on the news saying it was important for us to stay home and lock down and she enacted a universal basic income for all citizens. 

" ...However to help with population control Men were entitled to more if they agreed to various stipulations, the more they agreed to the more money they would recieve... More information will be available on the government's website later and you'll be able to print the application forms and drop them off for immediate processing"

What fantastic news we all thought!! Stuck at home worrying about how to pay for bills during all this vanishing with the announcement and the potential monage a teaux setting itself up was gonna present itself for an interesting summer!

"Wow what luck!! I came here at a great time!! What do you think you have to do for more money Mike?". 

"We really need the money so whatever it is I'm sure I'll do it.". 

Meg got her laptop and started to look up the requirements for the government program.

"Mike you're never gonna believe it are you sure you want to sign up for it?"

"How bad could it be?"

"Daily inspections.. chastity.. butt plu-"

Brittany spit out her drink and started laughing uncontrollably.

"Meg you did say he expressed interest in femdom maybe this will be the best summer ever!"

"Meg what did you tell her??"

"Oh honey relax you know I told her everything about us.."

"Like what!???"

I almost forgot about the whole agreement until I received a certified letter from the government.  

Thank you for volunteering for our program Mike!  You will receive daily stipend checks directly to your bank after successful random daily inspections to ensure you are in compliance with the program.  Report to town hall Thursday 3 pm for your initial procedure.  Failure to do so will remove you from the program and you will face a $10,000 monetary penalty.

My stomach sank... I'm pretty much forced at this point... It shouldn't be so bad and this summer will still be the best summer of our lives so no sweat!

Thursday came around and I worked up the nerve to go to town hall for the initial

Procedure.

"Client 3567!" 

I looked at the number tag I was given... 3567... Lucky me...

"Okay sir please drop your pants we will get these tools installed and then randomly you will be inspected by members of our inspection team and upon satisfactory result you will receive the daily stipent... $100 dollar a day... If you fail 3 inspections you will be sent to a week long program to improve your results... If you ever want out of the program you have to repay all the stipends you received plus ten thousand dollars."

Maybe this won't be so bad I thought! Easy money! 

"Let's just get you restrained for the next portion...and there... Now you will be required to wear our smallest chastity cage and our biggest buttplug for the length of the program and you won't have any access to the key for the cage.."

"What!!? That's gotta be a mistake!"

"No mistakes here sir! Please hold still!"

What did I get myself into? They manhandled me into the smallest cage and I'm completely sore with the size of this plug they put in me... 

When I got home i was clearly pissed off and the girls were laughing in the kitchen.

"Meg what the hell? What did you sign me up for?!"

"I thought I told you the loosest fitting cage and the smallest butt plug! I was busy in the afternoon so I gave the forms to Brittany to drop off... Why?"

Brittany starts roaring with laughter..

"You said you'd be up for anything Mike so for a few extra thousand for the year I made a few adjustments.. I didn't think you'd mind!"

"What kind of adjustments did you make?"

"Well I switched the two... The smallest cage and the biggest plug surely you didn't go through with it right???"

I could feel my face turn beet red... Embarrassment and rage all in one...

"NO WAY Oh my God!! Can we see!!"

"Oh Mike I'm so sorry I love you so much just cancel the program!!"

" I can't Meg we can't afford it..."

"Well with lockdown and a new boytoy for us Meg this is gonna be the best summer ever!"
