I've always had difficulty figuring out how I feel about chastity. On one hand it seems like an extreme type of domination (to me) and still I think I'm quite into the psychological aspect of it! However I seem to be strongly opposed to physical restriction devices. Not only do I find them clunky and impractical but also an overall hassle I do not find worth dealing with. Admittedly, I have never tried before but such is my current position from thinking it through. Hence in terms of the implementation, I am thinking about psychological chastity.
* First question: would anyone share their experiences with chastity training without devices? I'm curious from both the Dominant perspective and from the sub side as well. Of course I am aware of the difficulty with consistency and following through and am curious about, if there are any success stories with trained (psychological only) chastity?

Second point is regarding the physical stimulation. I think going for prolonged periods without any stimulation would genuinely make me unhappy. However being edged, ruined and giving up control over my orgasms would be even more satisfying to me than having a "normal" full orgasm frequency under my own control.
* Second Question (for Dommes): would you find this kind of chastity (if it still qualifies as such) satisfying your own "Dominant enjoyment" as well, or is this something you would not enjoy as much as having your sub completely chaste?

PS: I know Dommes and Subs alike are people, which means every individual has their own preferences and tastes. Asking such question means, I am interested in the individual preferences of the respondents and insights into how it works for them particularly, if they would be interested in sharing. I'm not expecting a single universal consensus answer from the whole community obviously.
