A Few Questions about Chase Sapphire vs Reserved

Hi All!
I am interested in the Chase sapphire line, because I've noticed that I am traveling more.
I have a few questions that I couldn't find the answers:
- When will the points become available after spending? Next billing cycle?
- How comprehensive is Ultimate Rewards program? I do a lot of Disney related travels and international to Asias. I can't find like a preview of this program.
- What does dining via Ultimate Rewards Program mean? Do I need to make reservations via this program?
- Can members of household have different card? Ex: me with Preferred, and wife with Reserved?
- Can you upgrade from Preferred to Reserved?
- My Chase Plan. Let's say I book a Disney World Trip for 6K. Can I break it up with My Chase Plan and still get the points?
Last question, If I spend about 15K on travel a year (2 to 3 trips), Preferred or Reserved which is better?
