Instant approval for CSR in-branch and Monday and… nothing since?

I just got approved for a CSR with a $10k limit (instant approval) on Monday, but I haven’t received my card in the mail, nor have I heard anything either over email….

This is my first card / account with Chase so far. I emailed the branch employee (who works in private client, FWIW) for an update, but haven’t heard back - has anyone had similar experiences? Should I be concerned?

I was supposed to have the card rush-shipped to Europe - I happened to be traveling starting Monday and I was offered this option, which was very nice - but I don’t have anything in my mailbox here… nor has it shipped to my US address.
