I got an auto loan through Chase October of last year. I immediately set up auto pay. Three months later I found out they were withdrawing money from my mom's account that I had linked with Zelle. Customer service is absolutely WORTHLESS and trying to blame me and essentially saying I must have entered a different account number. They had to refund my mom and I paid them the full balance. The next month I was hit with a late payment fee and it hit my credit. Now every couple of months they hit me with another late payment on my credit, even without missing the payment. Does anyone know how I can make them accountable for their actions? Thank you
