Is chase offering any support for Fire victims?

Does anyone know if chase is offering any support for SoCal fire victims? We were evacuated, work stopped for the week, had to spend extra money on hotels, food, gas, etc and didn’t realize I had automatic payments happening. Now I’m overdrafted and going to get charged like $200 in fees by tonight which will just set us even more behind.

I have used the fee forgiveness in the past but I was told I couldn’t do it again.

Does anyone know if chase is making exceptions for people affected by the fires?
