Not a custom printed t-shirt. I'm looking for someone to sew a custom button-up because I had a sudden gift idea. I know sewing isn't that hard but I don't want to do it myself and screw it up because the source fabric is limited. I'd prefer to have it done locally to reduce risk of things getting lost in the post.

If someone here is sewing savvy, or knows someone that is, and wants to take up the task I'm willing to pay and discuss details. I'd like to note that it doesn't need to be a custom sewing pattern, I'd be happy to buy one and have it printed. Hoping to have it as a Christmas present, but don't want to rush. Any help is appreciated.
