Speed Bumps at 5th St Station

Did someone get struck in front of Haverty's or are they just that full of themselves? They've put up terrible speed bumps recently on the road to 5th St Station by Planet Fitness. Considering that Haverty's also blocked the road for days with equipment so they could repaint, I wouldn't put it past them.

Yes I could use a different entrance but I liked that route so I could get to Wegmans with as minimal downshifting and stop/starting as possible. But really. Does anyone have any info on these bumps??

EDIT: When I say terrible I mean badly made. They have great placement but poor execution.
