Interesting quote from Jonathan Givony on the latest episode of the Lowe Post (discussion starting around the 21 minute mark).
He goes on to temper that statement, saying he believes the odds of the 2nd pick are currently ~60% Miller, ~40% Scoot -- that the workouts could still be very important, Scoot should be able to coexist with LaMelo, that Miller hasn't been great in interviews, etc.
But that Kupchak was front and center for Miller's 41 point game against South Carolina and Scoot's inconsistent season with many missed games and a perceived lack of progress opened up the door for Miller and his arguably more valuable skillset at #2.
He also mentioned that, while they'd listen, he'd be shocked if Charlotte traded the pick.
