So my sister, brother in law, two sons and my mom are looking for a 4 bedroom house. They have had a hell of a time with applications. Shucked our almost a grand so far. All through property management companies. They can pay 6months to a year up front. Anyone know someone looking to rent a property to a easy going family with great credit? Or any connections with property managers? Can’t imagine someone not being interested in that much rent up front!
