Hey everyone. I am wanting to learn how to sew. My husband taught me the basics of the sewing machine this weekend (I made a pillow 💪) but I would also like to learn about sewing by hand as well as embroidery by hand. I learned both waaay back in elementary school decades ago but have no memory of the skill.

I’ve tried searching thru Facebook and Google with no luck for a person-to-person class that isn’t just about the sewing machine. I’m also the type of learner that needs someone to show me; videos don’t work so the millions of tutorials on YouTube are out until I can grasp the basics.

Anyone have any suggestions on classes/groups or even know someone who may be willing to teach? Thanks in advance!
