A commercial plumbing truck reversed and hit my scat pack’s front bumper while I was turning into my subdivision and scratch it up pretty good. We exchanged info and I went to dodge to get quote for it. They said I’ll be $1800 to fix the bumper. I gave the quote to the plumbing company and they said that’s expensive and can I get more quotes from other body shops. I got a couple other quotes for about 400 dollars less, but I told them I’m not comfortable with any other company other than dodge working on my car. They’re saying that’s too expensive smh. I have camera footage of the him reversing into me. I tried to be nice by just telling them to just fix it by paying out of pocket. But I feel like I’m going to have to go through their insurance to get my car fixed at dodge.
