Trying to get mold to form

So, I started some salami the other day, but didn't have any bactoferm 600. I went ahead and ordered some, but it didn't come until a couple of days after my meat went into the curing chamber. Is it a lost cause to try and get it going now? The chamber is at 55F and 70% humidity.
