- 1 cup pistachio nuts, shelled
- 1 cup wild mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup white wine

- 1 cup chicken broth
