I am not 100% sure but I think Batman is lifting four plates rather than one in that bench press feat that gets posted a lot.

Full feat for reference.

If you look really close at the bench pressing one it looks like there are four plates on the bar rather than just the 500 lb one. (the white-ish lines are pointing at the shadows/bottoms of the plates and you might need to zoom in pretty close to see it.)

It explains why the "500" is so hard to read (other than not having enough fidelity), the top of the numbers are in the other plate's shadow or covered by it.

One of those is larger than than the 500 lb one. Thus if we accept this as accurate we would conclude he is actually bench pressing >2000 lb in this feat.

Am I just seeing things?
