IN PART 6!

I decided to throw together a rant for Star Platinum because of the Part 4 anime starting and so more people will be using Jotaro.

Why is this so difficult for people to understand? If I made a fight with pre-Senktsu Ryuko and someone said "She used the the Final Graduation scissors in the OVA without Senktsu so she stomps" then everyone would say something along the lines of "you're full of shit" and it would be done. But for Jotaro is everyone seems incapable of realizing that Stands can get better, DESPITE THERE BEING A STAT FOR IT.

Guess what. In Stardust Crusaders Star Platinum had an A in Learning/Development so Jotaro had essentially no clue how to use Star Platinum. In Diamond is Unbreakable Jotaro knows how to stop time for a few seconds and Learning/Development has jumped up to a C and it's name changed to Star Platinum: The World. At the beginning of Stone Ocean Jotaro had complete mastery over Star Platinum: The World. This is when the infamous FTL page came from. However if you would notice on the other side of that, Jotaro is getting two discs taken out of his face. THIS IS THE CENTRAL PLOT OF STONE OCEAN! Jotaro loses his memory and stand (from White Snake removing the discs) and goes into a coma from around November-December (Jolyne was sentenced on the eighth of November and was in GDSP for a while before Jotaro went to see her) to mid March (Jotaro comes back around March twenty second, three days before the new moon). That puts Jotaro in a coma for around FOUR months, and then he goes directly into a fight with Pucci. We see this in the other stat chart for Star Platinum in Stone Ocean where Learning has gone back down to C and the Staying has gone down to an E showing that Jotaro is out of practice. In Diamond is Unbreakable, Jotaro says that he can only stop time for a moment because he is out of practice, so him being in a coma for a few months will hamper his ability to use Star Platinum.

Now a lot of people like to think that just because Star Platinum can go FTL that Jotaro can win any fight. So I am going to explain why that when Jotaro goes to fight Pucci he loses despite Star Platinum being FTL. Because while Star Platinum may be FTL, JOTARO IS NOT! Jotaro is more or less a normal, if very durable, human. Star Platinum isn't an automatic stand so Jotaro needs to tell it everything to do. If Jotaro cannot perceive something and react to it, Star Platinum might as well be useless.

At this point only Star Platinum: The World in Part 6, Made in Heaven and Hanged Man are the only stands to be light speed or faster.
