I really want to go into making an unfiltered AI rp site

But I don’t know where to start, have no coding experience and don’t know the cost. I think it would be so cool to have an unfiltered site with more functionalities that a lot of the options we’re using right now don’t have. I’d love to build a team together and see what we could do.
