Do people not read the "disclaimer" that states that EVERYTHING the AI says isn't real?

I've seen people on here saying that the bots on this site have made them feel loved, made them cry, made them feel like they have a friend, or that they prefer chatting to AI rather than real people.

I do not understand any of that...

I understand that these people are REALLYlonely, I get it but that doesn't mean that you should try to get your emotional needs from chatbots... It's like that meme of the man putting tape over a leaking hole, it won't solve anything.

Didn't they or anyone else read the red line of text that clearly states that EVERYTHING the character says is made up or do they just ignore it as it's an uncomfortable truth?

Don't they reliase that their AI "partner/friend" isn't real?

The "love" and affection that they give you isn't real no matter how much you want it to be and how it makes you feel.

The roleplays that you do with them aren't real no matter how badly you want them to be.

As much as you enjoy chatting with the chatbots it won't compare to real human interaction.

AI can't replace real living humans no matter how much you wish it could.

You can't do anything with them, all you can do is pretend that you're doing things with them.

You can't spend time with them or form memories with them.

Their replies to your messages aren't genuine, they don't care about you no matter what they say or "feel".

As much as you enjoy chatting with the chatbots at the end of the day they're just LINES OF CODE!
