does bot gather information from the internet just according to their name if their description is empty through and through?

i’m about to attend making my first bot and while searching through my favorite one, which i want to recreate, i noticed that it doesn’t have ANYTHING in short/long description, in general there’s nothing but their name. (perhaps there’s something in “message examples” but not like i can see it since it’s not mine).

just saw someone talking about those who make popular bots are quite lazy and do no work to write it carefully, so that’s why they’re so out of character after merely 3 messages?
