MWG battle Report

So has anyone seen the recent battle report on MWG? It was space Wolves vs CSM and was it me or did the CSM player seem....off? Like, it's clear he mainly plays heresy which is fine but, I just hate when I see battle reports and an army is played wrong at a fundamental level. Am I the A-hole? Anyone else?
