New player and my first 2000 points. Could use some advice on my list. Standard CSM

In addition, I also have 5 havocs and 10 legionaries. Those are configured in the manner that comes in the combat patrol where 5 legionaires get bolters and the havocs have a mix of 2 las cannons, an autocannon, and a reaper chaincannon.I should run? I have zero issues buying additional models to make something work.

I play with a few of my friends and we have an attitude of semi-competitive. We def want to win but we also dont mind running out of meta stuff if its fun to play.
