as i was leaving for work i saw my cham, who's eye is currently shedding, rubbing his eye again one of his branches, and the on his screen to get the shed off, i took him out and got the loose stuff off with tweezers, id imagine he's just fine as hes never really had help shedding before

looking for advice on how to start dubia colony with a 40 gal, how many do i add? how much substrate? do they need any heat? any additives besides throwing greens and biodegradables in the tank?would i be able to add isopods and breed both at the same time? thanks in advance
