My chameleons aren't experiencing any issues but I thought it would be a good idea for the community to review my insect gutload and see if any new ideas and discoveries have been made to make it that much better.
Food: Finely cut up kale, mustard greens, Repashy bug burger (or Repashy Superload), Finely cut up carrots, A sprinkle of bee pollen (this is a recent addition though I'm not sure how effective it is. In the Necas videos chameleons eat bugs with pollen ON them, not IN them)
Hydration: Always some type of fruit, never those stupid hydro-crystal things. Usually it's a citrus fruit on sale like oranges, but I've been known to pick up some mangoes, apples, or grapefruits. All of these fruits and the above veggies come from the spendy organic market where pesticides are not used in any capacity.
Supplementation: Sticky Tongues Miner-All (Indoor) Bee Pollen
Any comments, questions, and critiques are welcome. I really do want the best for my animals. Thank you!
