Soldier fly larvae it is a great feeder if your Cham likes them since they are high in calcium, only in larvae form though and you do not have to dust them but just gut load them. Mine has always loved them so I made sure it is included in his diet. I always have a variety of feeders for him those, dubia roaches, crickets are more the stable and treats are superworms and I keep hornworms if I am ever concerned about hydration.
