They sell some good stuff on Etsy to help for the side of the cage and you can just use that and zip tie so you don’t have to puncture the mesh
It is a feeder they sell them on Etsy I feed him by hand but anything he does not eat I put it there so they are not everywhere in the enclosure cricket’s especially. The cage I have is Zoo Med ReptiBreeze LED Deluxe Open Air Aluminum Screen Habitat, X-Large 24 L x 24 W x 48 H
He seems to enjoy is and exploring behind all the branches but like his basking spot looking down on me lol
I added another schefflera so there is 2 of them, 2 pothos, 2 bromeliads, 2 corn plants, dracara, monstera, polka dot plant. I have coverage all in back and backend sides with branches running across. I do not in his basking area since he will not use it he hated that with his last setup also since it is about 6 inch from his light.
You are kidding right the entire enclosure is live plants.🤣I lost count of how many plants are in there if anymore would be added they would not grow due to spacing.

I also bought a large grapevine 3 foot stand so I would not have to have everything running on the screen but used this as my base https://www.etsy.com/listing/830071448/
