Without going into too much detail, I’ve been working with a shaman for nearly a year now. I was in a tough place at the beginning of my journey and noticed over time I have healed greatly. I see my shaman once a month or every other month.
I originally approached her about ayahuasca and this whole time we have almost been cleansing my chakras for this. I am on my throat chakra and moving to third eye chakra next week.
My goal is to unlock my hidden dimensions, allowing me to consistently maintain absolute alignment with my body, mind and soul… being my best self. What can I do to get the most of my first ayahuasca experience?
