I was walking around Pioneer where I passed by him sitting down at a bus stop. He gave me the meanest death stare as I passed by him. I sat down near the Boiling Point restaurant at Artesia Oasis plaza waiting for my Uber. I see him again but this time he's walking by me. He stares at me again and then comes by and confronts me. He said something but I wasn't listening. I got up and walked away as I feared he was going to assault me or beat me up. He only touched me and nearly grabbed my hat as I was getting up, but then he left afterwards. I would have contacted the police if I didn't wait for my Uber. If anybody sees him, avoid him.
