My first finished pieces. Lesson: you can distract from inexperience using stamps!

Actually made these almost two months ago. A combination of me letting them dry longer than needed out of nervousness and firing them in a community kiln resulted in them not being glaze fired until now.

I have more stuff that I'm more proud of to be bisque fired soon, but these are my only finished ones and I'm happy with them for that. Of course I can see many things I would do differently, but I'm excited to be having my morning coffee tomorrow in something I made with my own hands.

The left mug is pinched and the right one is rolled. Both handles are rolled though. (And attached while still wet, which is why they droop and are more squished than I would like. Ok I will try to just enjoy them now!)
