Hey everyone

This dsp claim has been nothing but a nightmare. Had a call for my JCA as I was due for one regardless. I had a lot of evidence and made my claim in person as there was soo much there.

My JCA call was very disheartening as the evidences handed in hasn’t been uploaded.

The lovely lady on the phone doing my JCA has rung my ndis manger who helped me with claim and has gotten her to email all the evidence through.

What I found interesting was that she told my find manger that she would be helping make the decision for my dsp and that I won’t be getting a sonic call. Has anyone had this before? I’ve never heard of it.
