A missed call after 7pm?

I had my phone on my silent, and I have just noticed I got a text saying I am about to get a call from Services Australia. And I noticed I have a missed call from a private number one minute later after the text was sent. I had no idea that I should expect a call, and isn’t it weird to get one this late? I thought they closed at 5? And talk about late notice, a text and a call almost straight after. I go to bed very early, so this just weirded me out. What should I do?

I think the call was earlier id say and the notification just got sent later this has happened to me
