Rent Certificate

My rent has just increased by $130 per week and I’m trying to give Centrelink a new rent certificate to tell them this. If you go via the request a document prompt it’s not an option available and I just waited in an office for 90 minutes and they never served me, they forgot to put me in the queue so I left. Does anyone have a PDF of this?
