Hi all,

I have finally been approved for DSP after an anxious 10 months on JSP. My documentation from both my neurologist (brain tumour and subsequent epilepsy) and psychiatrist (BPD causing regular hospitalisations) has said I am unfit for any gainful employment over the next 2 years. I received a letter yesterday about my mutual obligation requirements. The letter says that having partial capacity means that I will have to agree to a Job Plan.

What does this mean for me? I am studying 5 hours a week and seeking employment but am mostly incapacitated as I end up in psych hospital about 5 times per year and am in work ups for brain surgery.
