Ideas on what support my friend can get?

Hi all, I have a uni mate in a pretty shit predicament, and I wanted to see if y’all might have any info to help me help them. They study full-time, but their hospo job is overworking them to a gross level and is way too dodgy. So they don’t get any super payments, no penalty rates, and there’s no rules about rosters so they end up 10 hour shifts 5 days in a row. Its burning them out and its only getting worse.

They need the money though, and feel like they cant quit because they previously had a Centrelink claim rejected because of their dads income, which they don’t receive any of, and they also can’t afford to wait months for a new claim to go through anyway.

Any ideas or information about what they could do or how they can get Centrelink support would be great
