Every time I get a med cert I like to update the sub on the time it took to be approved without calling. Well has cenno stepped it up big time. 55 hours wait from submitting to being approved. I always disclaimer if I remember this may not be the case for you but 55 hours to get it approved from submitting. Like cenno is on drugs or something this week. I called my provider and was like can you confirm please. And they're like yep it's been approved. So I'd like to hear if others are getting their med certs actioned as quickly, or if because of mine being a new diagnosis or only being a month long med cert if that's prioritised it.
