So so so gutted right now. The reason they gave was that I don't have a full time study load even though it says on their website that you can apply for Youth Allowance 13 weeks before commencing full-time study. I even provided a proof of enrollment letter from my uni which says I'll be studying full-time next semester. The operator on the phone couldn't even properly explain why my claim got rejected. They said that they can get my claim re-assesed but I'm still so disappointed because of how long I waited.
Has anyone faced anything similar? Should I go to their service center and talk to them about this in person?
