Austudy Claim Question

Hi Guys,
I am applying for Austudy for my Semester 2 intake, although had a questing in regards to the rental question that came up. I have signed an agreement with Scape Uni Accommadation (La Trobe) and move in on July 5th. When it comes to the rental part of the claim, it won't allow me to choose for the future date.
Should I put the date when I signed the lease? or wait until I move in on the 5th to start the claim.
