Mods may have busted my BoTW copy, how to tell and can I fix it?

[I use Cemu 2.0 and mod my BoTW with BCML] I was doing fine modding Linkle into my game until one mod gave me infinite load screens, and now even when that mod isn't enabled I can't get past load screens. I reinstalled BoTW, deleted my saves, reinstalled and uninstalled all my mods, but literally no difference at all. The thing is, when I disable BCML I'm Graphics Packs it loads fine. Am I going to need to reinstall BCML along with all the python stuff? Is this even a common issue people know to deal with?
