I heard from Aaron Bennet latest update that Kirkland et al are working on a new claim form to include the breach of fiduciary duties, misrepresentation and fraud options. (As they should) I wouldn't be surprised if it takes them another 6 months to come up with this form (fucking leeches). However I'm wondering what are people thoughts on this.
Would you all file this claim including all the aforementioned? Would it make the process longer and therefore a bigger haircut? What are the potential outcomes?
