Question about Stable10&50

So I read they can be stacked if you transfer in $250 you should be able to lock in $60 worth of BTC, but I was wondering if I already had a balance above that, that I don't plan on withdrawing, do I have to keep that $250 in USDC/T on Celsius for a month? I know their getting 10% interest right now but I'd really like to use it to be able to just outright buy more BTC after but I don't think you can do that yet on the platform.
