Hello Celsius community. When I try to log in on my phone a yellow drop down saying, “Account Closed. Please contact [email protected] if you wish to reopen your account” pops up.
I have yet to email them but I am wondering what would cause my account to close?! I have 6k in my account and definitely didn’t violate any rules. I was inactive for a couple months.
It’s just frustrating that Celsius freezes our money, and then with the restructure plan we will supposedly receive a portion of our money back AND THEN locks us out of our accounts so we can’t even look at the money that doesn’t exist.
Can anyone link an article about how/when we will be partially refunded? Any other info on the current Celsius network problem would be a great bonus.
