How would you name and play this piece?

Please ignore my general lack of intonation, and occasional botched notes. I put out this video as a call to action.
My intention is to encourage cellists to try to play this music. Surely you folks can do a better job than me. Also, I wonder if more people are not interested in rearranging modern music for unaccompanied cello.
