How to unlearn bad left hand form?
Post Body
I played all through school and now the cello is something I bust out to have a nice afternoon of playing mediocre folk music. But I’m realizing more and more that there’s too much tension in my left hand, and my fourth finger collapses easily and gives me pain after a while.
I suspect the only real answer is practice it right until I stop doing it wrong, but I’m open to any specific exercises or strategies you guys might be onto.
