gen 5 5sfe celica dash not working while car runs

ive recently changed the ignition switch and finally got it to start running again but the dash doesnt show anything besides the highbeam icon and open doors icon. speed and rev needles r all stuck on 0 and all the other dials r also stuck to 0 except for fuel which is showing quater full. any ideas what the issue could be or maybe i just forgot to plug in something?
