So my gut has been good for about a year, after getting diagnosed with celiac. It took like 6-8 months to get all good. Anyways...
I have been cheating a bit, every day ill have like 1 piece of licorice or a cookie or something I enjoy in small moderation, (Real small) but gives that satisfaction.
I don't get sick at all, and feel great still. Do any of you do this and feel just fine? I went a year with no gluten, but I think im to a point where I can have a little bit daily, and feel just fine. Maybe it's going to catch up to me, I dunno?
